Pretty nice little multiplex. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. 8 theaters in 1 location, so you should be able to find something to see you like. Lots of efficient and friendly staff. Bargain matinees are a pretty good deal; $9 all ages. Took the grandkids and they each got a kids snack pack. Popcorn, drink and 2 small (think Halloween sized) candies for $8, not too bad a deal. Both kids actually had a little popcorn leftover. I would certainly recommend taking in a flick here if you’re vacationing in the area or live on Cape.
Comfortable seats but no refills on medium sodas unless you purchase a combo. Staff could have been nicer about it instead of giving unnecessary attitude. I just had a question about one of their signs that mentions refills and she said "did you purchase a medium combo?" Knowing well that I didn't. I was a little surprised by that. She could have nicely said oh that's only if you had purchased a combo. When I worked in customer service jobs I never gave attitude to customers like that.
Was unable to view a recent film due to “technical issues beyond our control” that prevented sound from being displayed. We were offered passes to return another time, which are effectively valueless given that the technical issues had apparently been occurring in this theater for some time. No cash refunds were offered and no refunds for concessions were offered, with the excuse from staff being that a paper sign says “all sales final.” Overall an unprofessional response from staff and a very disappointing experience. I will take my business elsewhere.
Big lines on a rainy day! Arrive early. No assigned seating. Open seating so you have to get there early to get the sweet leather reclining seats. Clean bathrooms (couldn't relate to other posts which said they were gross).
I think this theater is great. It’s in a great location, service was excellent, staff were helpful and pleasant, price is great, sound and screen are excellent and BEST of ALL are the reclining seats!!! So comfortable we have never had a movie theater experience like that. The best!!!
Theater 🎥 was clean and very reasonable pricing.
Only negative is that seats aren't comfortable, but hey... You're only there a couple of hours.
OVERALL: I RECOMMEND THIS THEATER
Wonderful place. Went here today. Saw the Indiana Jones movie. Staff is very friendly especially the one with the glasses. Would come back again with my whole family.
Saw the Flash the movie was 10 out of 10 excellent unfortunately they had a movie cup of soda Flash and on the top they have a little action figure attached to the shoulder and they gave us one with a broken arm I went to the staff cuz my granddaughter didn't want a broken one and they would not exchange it I told them that my granddaughter was crying and they still did not care very unprofessional and unfortunately I cannot give a good review for the theater if you're going to see The Flash movie don't see it here because the staff is horrible
